(1) A person who wants to work as a broker and who has attained the prescribed qualifications shall submit an application to the committee as prescribed. (2) After receiving the application as per sub-section (1), if the committee examines the said application and finds that the license is to be issued, the petitioner shall be given a fee as prescribed, in the prescribed format. The broker's license should be given and if there is any reason why the license should not be given, the committee should inform the applicant.
